RAV Integration Instructions
We go into the needed file – navigate to 360, then services tab.
Then select the “Sync – Powered by SoftPro” by double clicking, which opens up the window below
This is verifying that we have chosen the correct file, much like CPL preparation, we click ok – and the below window pops up
The service provider will default to RAV, as that is the only one we have set up at this time. We then choose the branch/office drop down where we select what kind of document we need – see below
Make the appropriate selection there, then move on to the “Product” drop down, where you can select what kind of deed you may need –
Finally, you choose the contacts you’d like the information emailed to, or check the “Contact Email” box to select all, and then put in notes that will appear in the sp notes section. Then click submit, and save the file.
