If you have forgotten or need to change your PIN:
Step 1: On the Lock screen, click on the I forgot my PIN link.
Step 2: Enter your Microsoft account password and click Next.
If you do not know your password use Method 1 or 2 below to reset your password below for resetting password from the lock screen. This will let you change your PIN to get back into the computer or just reset password if that is how you sign in.
Step 3: If you have two-step verification turned on for your Microsoft account, you have to enter the recovery email address or phone number to verify your ownership.
This completes resetting your PIN.
Resetting Windows PIN while already logged in:
If you happen to have access to your Windows device, but still want to reset your PIN, start by opening the Start menu and then clicking the Settings gear.
In the Windows Settings popup, click “Accounts.” Then, click Sign-In Options > Windows Hello PIN > I Forgot My PIN.
Enter your Microsoft password and then enter your new PIN twice to complete the change.
Resetting Password from Lock Screen:

On your phone on any device with internet access
Go to https://portal.azure.com
Enter your email address>, then forgot password and reset it.
Method 2:
Go to the site below and recover your account.

Method 1:
Press control+Alt+Delete and select the option to change password.
Method 2:

Azure Portal
SharePoint:
- Go to Priorityus.sharepoint.com
- Click your initials or picture in the top right of the screen and select “My Account”
If you don’t remember your password, but are signed in currently, click sign out and proceed to step 6. If you are logged out and don’t remember your password also proceed to step 6.
- Select Manage Security & privacy
- Click Password to change your password
- Enter your current password followed by the new password that you would like it to be.
- If you don’t remember your password, type in your email address and then when prompted for your password click “Forgot my password”
- Enter the Captcha and hit next
- To get back in your account you are going to need to choose 2 ways to get authenticated. Start with one and go through the steps to get the code to verify that it is you. Once 2 have been complete you will be able to reset your password
