Humblefax Information
Their website has helpful guides located here which I’ve copied below in the How it Works section, but there are some basic rules that we should follow when using it.
- If faxing via email, make sure the email it is being sent from is the one with an open account, for example, [email protected], [email protected], etc.
- Change your signature from your picture to a basic one so that your signature doesn’t show up as its own page attachment in the fax. An example is below, change the pod name, extension, fax number and email to match your own:
The Liberty Belles Processing Pod
Priority Title & Escrow, LLC
641 Lynnhaven Parkway, Suite 200, Virginia Beach, VA 23452
Tel: 757-431-1001 ext. 73002 | Fax: 757-900-9604
- Set up a rule in your group inbox to have the emails from [email protected] go to a fax folder so all your faxes can be viewed in your own fax folder. You will need to login to the web version of your group inbox to create this rule.
HOW IT WORKS
Send Faxes With Your PC, Phone, or Tablet
Navigate to the compose new fax section in your dashboard. Drag and drop your attachments (or use the camera on your phone) to send faxes to one or more recipients. Create contact lists in the address book section and send faxes to multiple destinations with a single click.
Send Faxes With Email
Send an email to <fax number>@humblefax.com and fill out the email subject and body - this becomes your cover sheet.
Attach your documents, such as pdf or doc, and send. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that the fax was sent successfully.
Receiving Faxes
Every incoming fax is automatically sent to your email as a pdf file which can be printed, saved, or forwarded. There are never any busy signals even if multiple faxes are being received at the same time.
You can also view your entire history of sent and received faxes in your dashboard page if you login through the site.
