Shared Pod Inbox – How to Fix Search Issue
At the top of Outlook, Select File > Account Settings > Account Settings:
Select your email and click Change
Click More Settings at the bottom left > select Advanced tab > uncheck Download Shared Folders
Click OK
Make sure the next box with the Exchange Account Settings Screen shows that it is only downloading the last 3 months of emails from the past by adjusting the bar:
Click Next > click Done > click Close > Restart Outlook
You may need to add your favorites again if you do that to have the folders you use show up at the top, but then in the search box there should be the option to search the entire shared inbox by picking Current Mailbox in the search bar:
