Reset Password for Microsoft/SoftPro

 

  1. Go to Priorityus.sharepoint.com
  2. Click your initials or picture in the top right of the screen and select “My Account”

If you don’t remember your password, but are signed in currently, click sign out and proceed to step 6. If you are logged out and don’t remember your password also proceed to step 6.

  1. Select Manage Security & privacy

  1. Click Password to change your password

  1. Enter your current password followed by the new password that you would like it to be.

  1. If you don’t remember your password, type in your email address and then when prompted for your password click “Forgot my password”

  1. Enter the Captcha and hit next

  1. To get back in your account you are going to need to choose 2 ways to get authenticated. Start with one and go through the steps to get the code to verify that it is you. Once 2 have been complete you will be able to reset your password
